Cisco Physical Access Gateways do not support Holiday Schedules starting January 1, 2021 and beyond. Cisco Gateway hardware will not accept any Holiday Schedule that is pushed from an ICPAM server.
Identiv has been made aware of the Holiday Schedule limitations embedded in Cisco Physical Access Gateway hardware. ICPAM software support currently has a technical workaround available.
For customers with systems that will be affected by the aforementioned issue, please contact Identiv’s ICPAM support team. Identiv-branded hardware (including EM-100 and Mx Controllers) are NOT affected by the holiday schedule limitations seen in Cisco branded hardware.
