Hirsch Velocity Software Support Agreement (SSA)The new SSA program provides access to world-class Hirsch Velocity Software support and updates. Upgrades must go through a certified dealer of record (unless other arrangements have been made). We will continue supporting customers who have Software License Agreements (SLA) in place with Identiv Global Services (IGS).
Is Registration Required for ALL End-Users?All Hirsch Velocity users are required to register their software with Identiv in order to be eligible for support.
How Do I Enroll My Software for SSA?SSA customer enrollment will be available starting July 2, 2018. To enroll, please complete the SSA registration form.
Are There Any Perks Associated with Enrolling Right Away?For a limited time, customers will be able to register for one year of complimentary SSA coverage for their entire production system. After one year, costs will be based on the customer’s current installed system configuration.

||Certification requirement for Velocity Tech Support contact
||Dealers and end-users must be certified to contact Tech Support. One "waiver" call will be granted, after that, there will be a $500 per incident charge. The fee will be waived if dealer signs up for certification course within 30 days.

||As of July 2, 2018, Hirsch Velocity Licensing and SSA go live. Customers and dealers need to register for SSA. Once confirmed, they will have an "active" agreement on file in Salesforce. Tech Support calls STILL REQUIRE CERTIFICATION.

||Enforcement for Hirsch Velocity SSA goes live
||As of July 2, 2019, SSA enforcement will go live. Any customer having a partner contact on their behalf MUST have an SSA to receive support.
